We’re extremely excited to be working with an ambitious, rapidly growing nursery provider, seeking a qualified, successful, dynamic Nursery Manager to work within their fabulous nursery. Setting within the beautiful surrounding of Stoke, ideally situated to benefit from ease of access public and private transport links. The ideal Nursery manager will provide a supportive and nurturing environment for the children and for all staff.
This role can lead to Area Manager should that be a desire.
The successful candidate will manage the nursery to Ofsted standards. Ensuring the provision of high quality service, providing children with a wide variety of learning experiences and a safe, secure and caring environment in which they can grow and develop. They will have worked as either Nursery Manager or Deputy with a proven track record of excellent customer service and the ability to provide professional leadership and management of the nursery, delivering the highest standards of care and education within a clearly defined revenue and cost base, preferably within a private day nursery setting. The Nursery Manger must be able to demonstrate an outstanding working knowledge of the standards required by Ofsted as well as being able to role model best practice.
